Light Therapy Guide
A clear starting point for at-home light therapy
Different formats suit different routines. Start with the area you want to support, the amount of space you have and how hands-free you want the experience to be.
Red and near-infrared light
Visible red wavelengths are commonly chosen for skin-focused routines. Near-infrared wavelengths are invisible to the eye and commonly used in recovery-led formats. Always use the wavelength, distance and timing guidance supplied with your device.
Choose by goal
Skin: masks, under-eye glasses, facial wands and domes focus on the face and neck. Recovery: panels and flexible body pads offer larger or targeted body coverage. Wellness: an adjustable lamp gives you a flexible, space-conscious format for repeatable home use.
Build a consistent routine
- Read the complete manual and safety guidance before your first session.
- Begin with a short, comfortable session at the recommended distance.
- Use clean, dry skin where the device instructions require it.
- Keep the routine simple enough to repeat consistently.
Safety first
Do not stare directly into LEDs. Follow the supplied eye-protection instructions. Seek appropriate medical advice before use if you are photosensitive, take photosensitising medication, are pregnant, or have an eye, thyroid or other relevant medical condition. These products are wellness devices and are not presented as a way to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
